ECF / Step Beyond

The European Cultural Foundation offers STEP Beyond, a mobility grant for artists, cultural operators, journalists, translators and researchers active in the cultural field. STEP beyond can be applied for all year long. The ECF makes special grants available for intensifying the exchange between Western and Central/ Eastern Europe. www.eurocult.org
